Our advice to other bookers would be if you want more time at Auschwitz - and you need a lot of time - book a private tour. We booked a shared tour and ended up missing approx a third of the camps due to time restrictions. This is not a criticism of krakow shuttle at all, more that we should have thought about it ourselves in advance and considered how much time we wanted. All our drivers were friendly and we got a real service with a smile. Thank you - we'll be booking again when we return to Krakow.
