Auschwitz & Salt Mine tour

Running out of time? It is possible to visit both Auschwitz and Salt Mine in one day with no compromise on your trip itinerary. Your day will start early but you will manage to visit Auschwitz, Birkenau, explore the mine and get to Krakow by dinner time.

For those with busy schedule or limited time in Krakow we have a special offer of visiting Auschwitz Museum and Wieliczka SaltMine in one day. The programme of the trip includes is carefully planned and you will be able to do 2 full guided tours in one day and see everything you wished.

Our driver will pick you up early in the morning from your accommodation.

You will be taken to Auschwitz State Museum where you'll visit 2 camps: Auschwitz and Birkenau accompanied by licensed, English speaking guide.

In 1947, in remembrance of the victims, Poland founded a museum at the site of the Auschwitz concentration camp. There are 2 camps open for visitors:

• Auschwitz I, the original concentration camp which served as the administrative center for the whole complex, and was the site of the deaths of roughly 70,000 people, mostly Polish and Russian war prisoners
• Auschwitz II - Birkenau, an extermination camp where at least 960,000 Jews, 75,000 Poles, and some 19,000 were killed. Birkenau was the largest of all the Nazi extermination camps.

After visiting both camps you will be collected by our driver and taken to Wieliczka Salt Mine.

Wieliczka Salt Mine is considered one of the7 miracles of Poland and since 1978 has been listed on the Unesco Heritage list.

In the mine you will join 2,5 h guided tour, discovering the beauty of the underground world with its corridors, chambers and chapels curved in salt. Mine reaches down to the depth of 327 metres and consists of almost 300km of corridors and nearly 3000 chambers. The route for tourists includes a 3,5 km section.

After the tour we will take you straight to you destination in Krakow and let you rest.
